The SLIX50 is an ‘arm’s out’ stretcher for extrication of casualties through very small openings.

This stretcher was designed to overcome a severe extraction problem.

Adding only 6mm to the girth the SLIX50 is the ultimate in skinny confined space stretchers.

With 4 x 400k rated haul and security line attachment points, crutch straps and the facility to incorporate the SLIX Spinal Splint makes the SLIX50 a very versatile stretcher, now with the added capacity of a semi-horizontal haul.

The SLIX50 has a vertical hauling capability and an optional skirt is included (SLIX50 AR).

The optional AR (articulated) Skirt wraps around the upper legs – giving extra handling straps and leg protection.

The flexible attachment to the SLIX50 skin, allows a degree of bending in those very tight places.

The Skirt may be detached if not required. The SLIX50 Combined has a permanent Spinal Splint attached.
